Founded in 2001 with offices in London and New York, we have built a reputation for delivering insight and expertise, recruiting exceptional talent and nurturing long term partnerships with our clients.

We offer in-depth sector knowledge and extensive research and advice on all aspects of leadership, compensation and talent recruitment and management. Our long-standing network of relationships allows us to offer advisory services around the firm, platform and team acquisitions and capital raising opportunities.

Offering both talent and deal advisory services enables us to be on the front foot – creating synergies and identifying opportunities for our clients. The Managing Partners have all had previous careers in industry in different parts of the world enabling a solid understanding of clients’ businesses. Ghada Sousou
Ghada Sousou

Ghada is the CEO of Sousou Partners

Ghada conducts senior management recruiting assignments for clients globally and is responsible for managing and building Sousou Partner’s clients which consists of General Partners and Limited Partners, across the largest and most successful real estate, hospitality and infrastructure investors globally. Ghada is also responsible for the firm’s Board Practice.

In addition, Ghada runs the company’s management consulting solutions business including succession planning and deal/operating platform introductions. Before founding Sousou Partners, Ghada was a Fund Manager at Wafra Investment Advisory Group in New York where she was responsible for building and managing a portfolio of equity and treasury investments in the Middle East, Latin America and Southern Europe.

Ghada completed her MBA at Babson Graduate School and received her BA in Computer Science from Boston College. She speaks English, Arabic, French and Greek.

Nico Boudouvas
Nico Boudouvas

Nico is Co-Founder of Sousou Partners.

He runs business development and strategy. Previously, Nico founded and ran a private real estate development business in New York City with numerous projects in residential and commercial property.

Nico completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and International Business from New York University. He also obtained his MBA from Baruch College with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management.

Mark Antoncic
Mark Antoncic

Mark Antoncic is the President and Managing Partner of Sousou Partners Americas.

He has over 25 years and $10 billion of real estate and capital markets experience. He formed TriLyn LLC, a high-yield CRE investment platform in 2002 and Carpathia Real Estate Advisors, an advisory firm with SSgA in 2009. Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director at Tuckerman/SSgA and a Senior Partner at Eastdil for approximately 15 years where he was a member of its Management and Investment Committees.

Mark was Eastdil’s representative in Tokyo for nearly four years and was involved in transactions throughout Asia, Europe and the U.S. Prior to joining Eastdil, Mark was a commercial banker at NatWest Bank and a private banker at Citibank.  Mark holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a BS in Accounting from Long Island University.

Serene Hamzawi
Serene Hamzawi

Serene is a Managing Partner with responsibility over Sousou Partners’ clients globally across the Real Assets sector: real estate, infrastructure, energy, and hospitality.

Prior to joining Sousou Partners in 2008, Serene’s background was in business development and expansion across industries and geographies. She started her career in 1994 in the retail industry, then spent eight years with a FinTech startup and leading software vendor for derivatives trading. There, she was responsible for global strategic accounts and was an integral part of growing the business in Europe and Asia. Serene completed her MBA at Cass Business School, specialising in International Business, and received her Maîtrise de Sciences de Gestion from the Sorbonne (Université Paris I). She speaks French and Arabic.

Peter Field
Peter Field

Peter is a Senior Consultant based in Sousou Partners’ London office.
Prior to joining Sousou Partners in 2015, Peter worked at Lutyens da Cunha for seven years, a leading alternatives boutique executive search firm in London.

He spent a further two years at another boutique executive search firm in London which targeted operational/infrastructure mandates across the buy and sell-side. He has extensive experience working with some of the leading alternatives platforms in Europe and the Middle East. Peter graduated with a BA in Theology/Sociology from the University of Edinburgh and holds a B. Com (Hons) in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town.

George Giannopoulos
George Giannopoulos

George is a Senior
Consultant based in Sousou Partners’ New York office.
He brings 9 years of executive search experience across Real Estate, Hospitality and Infrastructure.

George is responsible for conducting senior to junior level search assignments in the United States across the buy and sell-side. Prior to joining Sousou Partners in 2009, George graduated from Cass Business School in London where he received a Master of Science in Management & Business Strategy. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Entrepreneurship from the American College of Greece.

Mark Wareham
Mark Wareham

Mark is a Consultant based in Sousou Partners’ London office and re-joined in 2018 after completing over three years with the team between 2013 and 2016.

Mark has worked at a number of executive search firms including Hedley May, Redgrave Partners and Hogarth Davies Lloyd. Mark’s career has spanned a number of sectors including front office search for major investment banking clients largely within Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities as well as senior functional management projects with FTSE 100/250 corporates as well as global financial institutions and law firms.

Mark began his career in executive search following several years of working in Japan. He holds an undergraduate degree in French Language and European Studies and speaks French and intermediate-level Japanese.

Tina Rasmussen
Tina Rasmussen

Tina is a consultant based in Sousou Partners’ London office.
Prior to joining Sousou Partners Tina worked at a number of boutique executive search firms concentrating on front office searches within Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities as well as Advisory, DCM and Research working for major investment banking clients across EMEA, APAC and North America.

Tina started her career in executive search in 2006 following several years working with a global recruitment firm in London. She holds an undergraduate degree in Hospitality and Business Management from the London Metropolitan University and speaks Danish and intermediate French.

Will Parker
Will Parker

Will is a consultant based in Sousou Partners’ London office.

Prior to joining Sousou Partners in 2021, Will worked at Ferguson Partners for four years, a global boutique executive search firm, in London. There he focused on the research and execution of searches within the real estate and infrastructure sectors for some of the leading platforms in the UK, Continental Europe, and the Middle East. Will graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry from the University of Manchester.

Dominic Harding
Dominic Harding

Dominic is a Researcher based in Sousou Partners’ London Office.

Prior to joining Sousou Partners, Dominic was studying at the University of York where he obtained a MA in International Relations. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southampton. 

Denise Andrade
Denise Andrade

Denise is the Executive Assistant to the CEO based in Sousou Partners’ London office.

Prior to joining Sousou Partners in 2015, Denise worked at Barclays Wealth Management, Global Switch and Connaught & Whitehall Ltd. She studied business studies and travel & tourism at Westminster College.

Alexandra Robbins
Alexandra Robbins

Alex is a Personal Assistant based in Sousou Partners’ London Office.

Prior to joining Sousou Partners in 2018, Alex spent almost two years in Dubai where she was Personal Assistant and Office Manager before returning to London in 2017. Alex studied travel & tourism at Afan College.
